Save Strathdearn

Strathdearn’s scenery is spectacular and the variety of wildlife and plants amazing. It seems that everyone who visits the Glen leaves feeling enriched by the experience. Everything possible must be done to keep it that way for today’s visitors and tomorrow’s generations.

The battle to “Save Strathdearn” isn’t over yet. Until the details of SHE–Transmission’s planning application are seen we don’t know the full impact its Knocknagael-Tomatin Reinforcement project will have on the landscape, wildlife, residents and visitors.
Once the planning application has been advertised there are only fourteen days to submit representations to Highland Council. An alert will be posted on the “News” page of our website. Please look out for this during September – more letter-writing may be needed!

Thank you.
